- Researches and evaluates customers' creditworthiness and reviews creditworthiness of account (based on applicable processes).
- Partners with stakeholders (management, Sales, and Program Management) to monitor AR status, new customer creditworthiness, and continued monitoring of existing customers.
- Orders customers' Certificate of Insurance based on customer specifications.
- Provides management and oversight of credit management activities including authorizing credit exceptions.
- High-school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance. or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collections.
- 2 years' experience with billing software and systems.
- Experience with Oracle preferred.
- Strong time management and planning skills.

About the Role
The Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst will be a remote position (hours 11AM-8PM) that is accountable for investigating, reviewing, and approving credit applications within delegated authority with established policies. This role is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate credit information.
