    Description

    We are in search of a dynamic Automotive Sales Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be driven, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a knack for surpassing targets.

    Responsibilities
    • Cultivate lasting relationships to establish a loyal clientele base
    • Demonstrate consultative sales prowess. Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to their needs
    • Enhance knowledge of products and sales strategies to become an authority in vehicles. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, add-on packages, and cutting-edge technologies
    • Conduct professional and engaging presentations of new and used vehicles
    • Follow up with purchasers to encourage repeat business
    • Master objection handling and excel in sales scenarios
    • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on targets, planned initiatives, assessments, and evaluations
    • Always bring your top-tier performance and a positive mindset to work

    Qualifications
    • Flexible availability including weekends
    • Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience
    • Self-motivated with a drive for success
    • Quick to grasp product details and keen on self-improvement
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues
    • Professional and polished appearance
    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
