    Head Coach provides overall leadership for the women's basketball program including: Christian discipling/mentoring, managing daily operations, coordinating practices and games, scheduling, assistant coach supervision and other duties as assigned.

    Responsible for recruitment, retention and development of student-athletes while also supporting a positive culture that aligns with JBU.
