TASC Technical Services is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team supporting our Aerospace, Defense, Shipbuilding, and Space related industries. It's an exciting opportunity to change up your professional career path if you need a change in direction. You must have effective communication skills and be capable of negotiating several complex client requirements concurrently. The position is full time, on-site at our main office in Plaistow, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates utilizing external sources like LinkedIn, job boards and social media to find qualified candidates.
• Assist with triage in our applicant tracking system and reaching out to stale resources for updating
• Screen candidates and qualify them based on our client's requirements.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Work with our internal ATS as well as external submittal portals.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Create and maintain a constantly active pipeline of candidates by utilizing advanced internet and searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional methods.

Qualifications:

• minimum education requirement: GED/High School
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• 2-5 years of experience of recruiting for staffing agency
• MS Office experience for proofreading, editing, and formatting.
• Bullhorn ATS experience a plus
• Must be US citizen
