- As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates utilizing external sources like LinkedIn, job boards and social media to find qualified candidates.
- Assist with triage in our applicant tracking system and reaching out to stale resources for updating
- Screen candidates and qualify them based on our client's requirements.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Work with our internal ATS as well as external submittal portals.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Create and maintain a constantly active pipeline of candidates by utilizing advanced internet and searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional methods.
- minimum education requirement: GED/High School
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- 2-5 years of experience of recruiting for staffing agency
- MS Office experience for proofreading, editing, and formatting.
- Bullhorn ATS experience a plus
- Must be US citizen
- Salary with bonus based on experience.
