- Coordinate interview schedules and manage calendar invites, ensuring consistency between candidates and hiring team availability. Provide candidates with necessary updates, preparation details, and oversee logistics for video or in-person meetings. Respond timely to rescheduling requests and organize campus tours and meet-and-greets as part of the candidate experience.
- Arrange transportation and accommodations for candidates traveling from out of town and prepare both physical and virtual interview setups in advance. Ensure that all participants have the necessary materials and support, troubleshooting any technical issues during virtual interviews. Monitor interview timelines to keep all participants on schedule. Help manage any necessary interview accommodations.
- Successfully maintain accurate candidate progression records and facilitate seamless hiring by collaborating with teams to comprehend role requirements. Assist in crafting and applying recruitment processes, and when needed, coordinate with external recruitment agencies. Manage talent acquisition materials, ensuring all documentation is organized and readily accessible.
- Enhance the candidate journey with personalized follow-ups and gather valuable feedback post-interview to refine our processes. Ensure candidates are well-informed and supported by organizing pre-interview briefings, post-interview debriefs, and advocating for their needs. Foster a welcoming atmosphere and clear communication throughout all hiring stages.
- Prioritize interview requests appropriately and provide positive candidate experience at all levels of the organization, from entry-level to executive office.
- 1+ years with calendar management and scheduling
