- Accurately enter deal information and revisions into required systems.
- Partner with Client Success Managers to align on tasks, deadlines, and campaign needs for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate campaign setup and ensure accurate distribution of information to Activation, Legal, Corporate Credit, Ad Ops, and Research teams.
- Work with external business partners to ensure timely execution of data across all vendors.
- Monitor delivery and pacing of in‑flight campaigns and support end‑of‑campaign reporting with business analytics.
- Monitor the traffic inbox, confirm creative receipt across vendors, and troubleshoot issues with agencies as needed.
- Serve as primary contact for Billing teams regarding invoice revisions, credit checks, and monthly system reconciliation.
- Participate in the development of special pricing plans, products, and proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Organize information to support analysis of future campaigns and make recommendations based on sell‑out levels.
- Prioritize and manage workload accurately in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter and review high‑volume data accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot creative delivery issues with agencies and vendors.
- Strong aptitude for tracking campaign activity and supporting analysis.
- Experience participating in pricing plan or proposal development.
