- Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services as needed
- Ensures food procedures are followed correctly
- Performs administrative duties
- Assists in establishing food service production line
- Processes diet changes and prepares meals according to menus
- Ensures standardized portions and recipes are followed
- Prepares bedtime snacks and serves substitute foods
- Assists in food preparation for special occasions
- Maintains stock levels and cleanliness of food and supplies

Required Qualifications
High school diploma preferred. One year dietary/food service experience preferred, availability for various shifts preferred including weekends.
