Accredited Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice Ethical Compliance Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct as well as state and federal regulations Strong Organizational Problem-Solving Skills Ability to efficiently manage tasks address challenges effectively Flexibility Team Collaboration Adaptable changing situations committed working within a team environment Exceptional Communication Outstanding oral written communication skills for clear interaction patients colleagues Experience Geriatric Population Prior experience elderly patients demonstrating understanding unique needs Knowledge Medicare Billing Regulations Familiarity current Medicare billing practices guidelines.Job description
