    Additionally this position will work collaboratively with Investment Delivery Assurance OM Manager to provide support analysis that will drive strategic direction associated with executing the O&M Plan.

    As directed, this position will assist in the following; support forecast research and trend analysis, financial modelling, report writing related to budget preparation ad submission, tracking expenditures and prepare policy and operational procedure documents.


    Job ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:

    Support the Annual Budget Process summarize budget recommendations for each budget cycle as required at the department/program level/headcountPrepare creative and complex PowerPoint presentations and other reports using spreadsheet software and data visualization tools.

    Assist with compiling and monitoring data to support these efforts.
    Research, analyze and prepare ad hoc analyses and reports. Provide short and long-term forecasting, identifying areas of concern and recommending actions to alleviate potential adverse issues. Provide issue and recommendation to management for final decision making.

    Prepare monthly forecast provided by business and understand potential risks and opportunities in the forecastJob Specific QualificationsRequired:

    Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of three (3) years of financial planning and analysis experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in another field of study with five (5) years of financial planning and analysis experience.

    Demonstrated knowledge in accounting, budgeting and financial practices.
    Excellent PC skills with a superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and other database software. Expert user of Excel.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with internal and external providers/users of financial informationAbility to translate detail into clear, concise, insightful executive reports and communicationsStrong work ethic - exhibits sense of urgency to complete and ownership of resultsReceptive to and capable of championing organizational and process changeAbility to work independently and with othersFinancial modeling acumenProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP, Tableau)Must possess a valid US driver's license and maintain a safe driving record with ability to report to any location within service territory to perform job responsibilitiesAbility to perform storm duties in inclement weather off hours as a needed.
