We are seeking top retail talent for a Sales Specialist role in New York City. The individual is someone who embodies a unique blend of style, professionalism, empathy, and an eagerness to grow.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a retail store environment. Strong understanding of retail processes and standards.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for the duration of shift.
Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings.


Responsibilities:

Provide a luxury client experienceAchieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals and KPIsCapture meaningful customer data according to company toolsEvaluate data and develop ways of connecting with the client, building relationships, and personalizing client development opportunitiesMaintain security standards within the storeMaintain visual display of all products following company visual standardsMetrics of Success:Goal achievement in Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR.Timely and efficient task accomplishment.

Salary:
$20 - $22 hourly *Retail For The People operates under the belief that the provided compensation range is reflective of the position's value at this location during this posting.
