Job summary
This hands-on mechanical design role will deliver industry leading electro-optical transceivers using GF's Photonix platform and advanced packaging 2.5D and 3D co-packaged optics form factors meeting customer requirements.A successful candidate would possess product design and mechanical design expertise for photonic and electronic packages.
- Creating mechanical designs for CPO products.
- Designing for manufacturability and yield.
- Creating detailed documentation.
