- Provide administrative support for projects

- Maintain approved supplier lists and oversee supplier vetting
- Assist in invoice processing and lien waivers for projects
- Manage vendors and consultants for project efficiency
- Lead project close-out process
- Ensure project execution follows policies and procedures
- Manage specialized capital projects as directed
- Update reports with project trackers
- Collaborate for process improvements
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Provide support for asset disposition efforts
