Frost Law of Annapolis, MD seeks a full-time experienced Internal Tax Controversy Attorney to join our fast-paced Tax Controversy practice group. This position represents an exciting and unique opportunity for professional growth within our established and prestigious firm, which is rapidly expanding its practice.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM required
• 5+ years experience in International Tax Law, including compliance issues, resolving offshore voluntary disclosures and streamlining filing compliance procedures, as well as preparing complex Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC) computations
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop relationships with high net worth individuals
