- An ASOTC Instructor will research, develop and write doctrine; present instruction to support Special Forces missions
- Conduct coordination and brief both military and civilian officials
- Prepare, coordinate, execute and supervise field training exercises throughout CONUS in both urban and rural environment
- Be responsible for safeguarding all Government property and classified documents provided for use and at the close of each work period
- Shall secure Government equipment and classified materials entrusted to you, and act appropriately to preserve and prevent damage or loss to equipment and materials when necessary
- Travel to CONUS locations as required by the company and/or the customer as well as other duties as requested, directed, or assigned as per the customer
- These ASOTC Instructors shall have the experience and qualifications listed below: Must be familiar with the training and governing policies and procedures as they pertain to Emerald Nomad programs within the U
- Must be cognizant of the most recent regulations and doctrine governing this course
- Must maintain a high degree of physical fitness allowing you to competently handle the physical demands of this position, which include working in extreme environmental conditions such as heat and cold, being able to move 6 miles a day in rough terrain and working non-standard hours
- Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a Secret Level Security Clearance for access to classified information
- Must have excellent communication skills, and shall speak clearly to instruct, evaluate and counsel trainees in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter
- Must have a minimum of four years of Special Operations experience
- Ten years of Special Operations Forces experience is preferred but not required
- Must be a Graduate of the ASOTC Course and Special Forces Qualification Course or Seal Qualification Course
