As a Lead Installation Professional at Aire Serv, you play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality and efficient installation of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems. In addition to your technical duties, you will also have the opportunity to identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential customers. By embodying our values, you will consistently demonstrate respect and courteousness towards clients and colleagues alike.
You should have prior experience in leading HVAC installations, strong communication skills for interactions with team members and customers, self-motivation to excel in dynamic settings, and effective time management abilities to meet project deadlines.
