Description
Accounts Payable Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Chilton Trust.
This role is responsible for managing the vendor payable function, including setting up vendors, coordinating invoice approvals, processing invoices weekly, filing 1099s annually, and maintaining document records.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting with a Bachelor's degree. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Sage Intacct is an advantage.
