    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker, EVAR, PFO.
    • Job Duties

    SCRUB DUTIES ONLY:
    4 man team.

    • Experience or 'Must have' skills This is a Scrub Role and Panning is completed by a Rad Tech at the end of the table.
    Experience with STEMI's including use of IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred), Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold".

    • EMR/Equipment EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm, IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro.
    • Cardiologist hours/on call "Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD for Cardiology on Call after hours but available 24/
    • Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? 12 Team Leads on every day.
    • Shifts & Scheduling: M-F call, Team lead to make scheduling, posted 17 days prior for 6 weeks at a time, ability to be flexible in looking at 410hr shifts instead of 58s.
    • Weeknight/Call Requirements 1 day per week (weeknight call hours are 3:30p7a, Mon
    • Thurs).
    • Weekend/Call Requirements every third weekend on call, (from Fridayto Monday morning, weekend call is 24hr and Monday night 3:30pm 7am).
    • Holiday/Call Requirements every other.
    • What is call response time? 20 minutes response.
    • Scrub Color/Dress Code provided, dedicated work shoes, will provide lead if travelers do not have.
    • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? One week.
    • Additional Notes: Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes.
    Radius Rule: 50 miles

    RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
    Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
