    We're growing again and need a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team

    A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.

    Overview

    We are seeking a new technical product expert This role will be the subject-matter expert who uses their technical background and expertise to lead and own the development and maintenance of all our third-party integrations. The individual will bridge the gap between the business stakeholders (customers, sales, support) and the software engineering teams by breathing life into the product by enacting their vision and direction defined in a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision.

    Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO. You'll be expected to be available during core "office hours", which are based on US Mountain Time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams by leading, managing and coordinating product development efforts.
    • Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
    • Collaborate with customers and integration partners on schema design, development & implementation.
    • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders including customers and partners.
    • Work closely with technical leads to define an architectural vision for all our third-party integrations.
    • Manage one or more product development teams and own the end-to-end execution of multiple third-party integration delivery streams including production support and maintenance.
    • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
    • Transform ideas and conversations into technical requirements by developing user stories and grooming them with the development teams.
    • Manage the entire software development life cycle in an Agile and iterative approach.
    • Seek and remove impediments to ensure success
    • Participate in meetings and lead the execution of product development sprints.

    Skills & Experience:

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent field.
    • 5+ years experience working with onshore and offshore engineering teams and flexibility in work schedules.
    • 5 plus years' experience as a software engineer with the focus on API build out and third-party integrations.
    • 5 plus years of technical product ownership and/or software development manager experience.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a "get it done" attitude and approach.
    • Ability to verbalize complex problems and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
    • 5+ year's experience with Agile SDLC processes and tools including Jira.
    • Superb writing skills and immense attention to detail.
    • 5+ year's experience working directly with customers and partners and proven ability to effectively communicate with C-suite.
    • 3+ year's experience working with AWS/Google/Azure cloud and strong understanding of DevOps tools and processes.
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements through prioritization

    Preferred

    • Experience working in the automotive industry within different aspects of automotive dealership software systems
    • Strong backend engineering experience
