Terracon is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Environmental Consulting practice in Philadelphia West This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to step into a leadership role joining our well-established Philadelphia West office and helping to grow and guide a diverse group of specialists across multiple environmental disciplines This position offers unique opportunity for individual who is strong in client and business development team buildingand mentoring business operations management strategic planning implementation In this role you will Supervise teams to ensure that work executed on time manner providing positive client experience Supervise preparation of proposals cost estimates ensuring proper scoping services availability resources pricing achieving desired profitability Plan participate business development activities identifying developing winning executing project opportunities building maintaining client relationships
