- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant, hotel or club environment.
- Experience overseeing at least $3 Million in revenue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development and food presentation.
- Proficiency in food cost analysis and budget management.
- Knowledge of or experience with Southern cooking is highly preferred.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef for a high-volume, scratch restaurant located in State College, PA. This establishment features a local farm-to-table experience that is both sophisticated and laid back in its ambiance. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu creation, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation are always maintained. They will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
