The Afterschool Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the afterschool program at a designated school site, working closely with school administration, faculty, parents, and guardians. The Director must have leadership skills and competencies to carry out the YMCA mission and vision.Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, designing daily lesson plans, supervising children and activities, making observations and evaluations of each child,
