Job summary
We are seeking an Intake & Assessment Clerk to join our team. As an Intake & Assessment Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing client applications for emergency services and determining eligibility. You will also establish and maintain new client files, refer eligible clients to appropriate programs or departments, and perform follow-up inquiries on referrals.Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
