    The Opportunity

    As an

    Associate Market Clinical Director , you'll wear two hats:

    Clinical Leader

    and

    Patient Care Provider .

    You'll directly supervise and mentor Clinical Directors while maintaining your own patient panel, ensuring our centers deliver exceptional outcomes that transform senior healthcare.


    Your dual role includes:

    What We're Looking For

    Clinical Excellence

    MD or DO

    in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
    2+ years clinical experience

    (3+ years preferred)
    1+ years Medical Director experience

    with Medicare/Medicaid populations preferred
    Board eligibility required

    (Board certification preferred)
    Current active medical license

    in state of employment
    Leadership DNA

    Proven clinical leadership

    with track record of outstanding outcomes
