    Residential Youth Caregiver Opportunity

    Milton Hershey School, a top-notch home and school for over 2200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents.

    • Serve in a unique and life-changing career where you'll provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 813 students.

    Couples will reside on-campus in student homes and foster academic, emotional, and social development among students. Responsibilities include daily supervision mentorship managing household routines administering medications ensuring student wellness driving students to activities planning engaging developmental recreational activities leading daily devotions accompanying students Sunday Chapel overseeing budgeting reporting.

    • Salary: $44,3768.<3/span>/person (total compensation per couple includes free housing meals utilities more)
