Job DescriptionJob Summary:

Contributes to the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation (or changes) of manufacturing equipment and systems, while contributing to the success of the teams.

Role will be focused on the execution of the manufacturing lane tasks of the EPD/EPC processes.


ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Assists with the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

Contributes by applying the knowledge or use of manufacturing principles and practices to improve manufacturing equipment and processes. Assists with the development of manufacturing standards and working methods by using continuous improvement tools. Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments. Learns the knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices as they are applied to Atmus.

Industrial Engineering Knowledge

• Integrates the pillars of industrial engineering techniques by applying a comprehensive and quantitative analysis to available data to be used as decision factors for the development or improvement of manufacturing processes to contribute to the most efficient process.

Manufacturing Knowledge

• Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.

Optimizes work processes

• Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Solves problems using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies to create problem traceability and protect the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data based solutions; identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence.

Education, Licenses, Certifications,

Experience:
Preferred-Bachelors Science Degree Manufacturing EngineeringOptional- Two Years associate degree (preferred Automation/Controls) with a minimum of 2-4 years equivalent experience This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Base salary range:
$64,800.00 to $97,200.00/YearlyPlease note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
