- Demonstrate a history of executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) autonomously and minimizing Call Outs (CO) due to inadequate PM work.
- Independently handle most Call Outs (CO) without the help of a technical expert.
- Exhibit strong customer service abilities.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for work orders and manuals.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Utilize intermediate computer skills, including engine-specific software (Cat and Waukesha), Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
- Accurately complete and submit necessary company documentation in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with gas engines, compressors, electrical systems, panel boards, skid wiring, etc., acquired through training or equivalent experience.
- Stay updated on new technologies.
- Proficient in relevant HSE procedures and regulations.
- Understand the customer's production equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compressor functions and systems.
- Knowledgeable about company maintenance standards and proficient in adhering to them.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Completion of gas or diesel engine and compressor training preferred.
- Typically 3+ years of experience working with natural gas engines and compressors, along with familiarity with production equipment.
