As a crucial part of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers high-quality nursing care to patients, fosters interpersonal connections, and ensures patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being within legal boundaries and company standards.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks include assigning duties, providing instructions, and clinically supervising CNAs.
