    Position: Office Move Coordinator

    Company: Join our dynamic Fintech Client, where innovation and collaboration thrive. We're seeking an Office Move Coordinator to facilitate the transition to a new workspace and ensure seamless operations during and after the move.

    Location: South Financial District, San Francisco

    Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Office Move: Manage the logistics and coordination of the office move, ensuring a smooth transition to the new workspace. While physical lifting may be required occasionally, the primary focus is on orchestrating the move efficiently.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our team members, vendors, and visitors. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
    • Autonomous Coordination: Work independently to oversee various aspects of the move, utilizing tools such as Slack and email to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Organization and Communication: Maintain meticulous organization throughout the move process. Keep stakeholders informed and updated on progress, schedules, and any relevant information.
    • Workspace Stabilization: Once the move is complete, focus on stabilizing the new office environment. Ensure that facilities, equipment, and support systems are in place for optimal functionality.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, coordination, or similar roles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
    • Excellent multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in project management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated autonomy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
