What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective members, conveying the Pure Barre difference with energy and authenticity.
- Make 50+ outbound calls each day to nurture leads, schedule intro classes, and keep the sales funnel flowing.
- Overcome objections with a solutions-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm.
- Surpass monthly sales goals—your drive and determination set the pace.
- Greet members, answer questions, and support studio operations to keep every visit seamless and fun.
- Collaborate with a passionate, high-energy team focused on making fitness accessible and transformative.
Who You Are
- A sales-driven self-starter who loves helping others commit to a healthier lifestyle.
- Confident, articulate, and persuasive—on the phone and in person.
- Persistent and resilient, eager to turn "maybe" into "yes."
- Genuinely passionate about wellness, community, and the Pure Barre brand.
- Able to work 8-16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
