Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to contribute to our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving company revenue by selling products, merchandise, and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service
Effectively explain products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and maintain a well-stocked store floor
Process shipments efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Participate in store recovery and housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is required
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product information and company policies
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
