- Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
- Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree
- Performs all functional duties independently
- Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
- Knowledge of the Sponsor's organization, mission, and partners
