• Ability to operate/drive commercial vehicles while towing trailers at times.
• Must be able to talk and/or listen both on the phone or face-to-face.
• Must have good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Must be able to operate miscellaneous power tools and other tools of the trade.
• Must be able to work on several projects at once and be able to handle frequent interruptions from coworkers, customers, the telephone.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as schedule requires.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in on and one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

• Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
