    *Position Details and Responsibilities** 1:1 patient care


    • Working with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
    • Documenting electronically
    • Patient assessments
    • In-person
    • Developing meaningful long-term relationships
    *Scheduling options (depending on location):
    • Day shift
    • Evening shift
    • Overnight shift
    • Weekend availability
    • Part time
    • Full time
    • PRN

    *Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications** *IL LPN license
    • Maintains a current CPR certification
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred)
