- Schedules patient appointments to ensure smooth patient flow and business operations.
- Enters / reviews data and/or accounts in NSU specific software systems.
- Responds to internal (NSU) and external inquiries and resolves complex problems requiring broad understanding of policies and procedures.
- May lead, train and monitor the work of clinic staff.
- Verifies and processes all accepted insurance plans.
- Coordinates with labs and physicians authorizations and referral for specialists.
- Performs other duties as assigned
