- Maintain and update inventory records as well as reconcile inventories to book records and make necessary adjustments
- Participate in annual physical inventory procedures
- Perform weekly cycle counts and make necessary system adjustments
- Assists with processing returns and move returned products to its proper location.
- Maintain tight security over inventory and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to inventory records
- Conduct search to locate products within the system, adjust records and take proper steps when there are discrepancies
- Generates all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist
- Cherry Picker, order picker, or reach truck experience.
- Must have experience with manual inventory procedures.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Proficiency in WMS, Excel, and general computer skills
- Inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices
- Interpersonal and communication skills, Accuracy, and great attention to detail
