Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the Partner, allowing the Partner to focus on client service and firm leadership.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will interact frequently with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities
Manage the Partner's calendar and emails, schedule client meetings, and connect clients with the appropriate internal staff.
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, documents, and client communications with precision and attention to tone.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client matters, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
Track deadlines and deliverables
Screen emails and calls, prioritize inquiries, and manage correspondence on behalf of the Partner.
Support the Partner in business development and administrative projects, including updating client databases and tracking referrals.
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
4-year college degree required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
High level of discretion and judgment when handling confidential client and firm information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common law firm software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, document management systems).
Familiarity with real estate, estate planning, or business law processes is highly desirable.
Must be strong with technology and AI
