- Reports to Assistant Director all FDNY fire safety code compliance concerns observed while making rounds throughout the entire facility.
- Responds to all building fire alarms and emergencies while on duty and is the primary interface with FDNY.
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with fire safety personnel in local, state, and federal agencies, as well as with BRC administration, personnel and clients.
- Be immediately eligible for the Certificate of Fitness as a Fire Life Safety Director pending scheduling of the on-site testing by FDNY.
