    Description

    Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as GST team members. Supervision of warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall efficiency. Responsibility for inventory maintenance, picking and packing duties. Ability to drive forklifts and stand up deep reaches. Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity to meet the daily expectations of the company. Establish guidelines and monitor cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse through the adherence of federal, local and company policies. When necessary, assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company's daily output needs.

    Requirements

    • Meet and greet every guest that visits our location and provide the highest level of concierge customer service
    • Receive inbound transfers, containers, LTL shipments and ground shipments into computer system.
    • Process transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse in a timely and orderly manner.
    • Manage email correspondence for all warehouse responsibilities.
    • Execute cycle counts, inventory spot checks and adjustments.
    • Prepare outbound transfers, LTL shipments and Ground shipments.
    • Prepare deliveries and paperwork.
    • Inspect outbound transfers, double check picked items.
    • Update outbound shipment status, key tracking info and special notes.
    • Be proficient in all GST operating systems.
    • Assist Director of Operations with quarterly safety check lists.
    • To confidently make decisions with little or no guidance to resolve client issues/concerns.
    • Develop authentic personal relationships with all clients.
    • Ensure that company equipment follows scheduled vendor maintenance contracts
    • Make sure that every guest has had an authentic personal meaningful experience.
    • To go above and beyond in providing extreme concierge customer service to every client.
    • Continually educate yourself on our products and our company so you can offer meaningful information to all our guests.
