Job summary
The Manager, Human Resources role is responsible for core HR operations within a growing professional services firm. This includes execution of employee lifecycle operations, benefits administration, payroll coordination compliance systems immigration and more. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration benefits payroll coordination compliance and immigration processes with a strong attention to detail organization follow-through sound judgment discretion when handling sensitive matters.Responsibilities
- Own and execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through separation.
- Partner with Recruiting to support employment agreements pre-employment requirements.
- Manage I-9 compliance background checks employment eligibility verification.
