- Responsible for planning major and general activities to attract the interest and involve seniors and groups.
- Complete administrative tasks to maintain records of scheduled and projected activities to include creating flyers, calendars, and other forms of communication.
- Ability to create special activities that encompass the physical, mental, and coordination of seniors and their abilities.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all center attendees.
- Actively engage with seniors and visitors to promote a sense of community within the center.
- Assess the needs of physical requirements for all participants
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of basic management skills in organizing various events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public
