    Responsibilities:


    • Design and

    Visual Strategy:
    Lead the design process to create


    • Compelling Storytelling: Ability to translate sophisticated product features and benefits in clear language to help customers understand and use our products and services. Bringing them to life both visually and in written form.
    • Content creation/ copywriting: Utilize expertise in storytelling to develop and curate compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, digital paid advertising and email campaigns
    • Graphic Design: Develop visually striking designs for all marketing initiatives, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, emails, and more.
    • Email Marketing: Write and assemble content for email campaign
    • Customer Champion: Be a champion for the customer and work to find the happy medium between business goals and customers' needs
    • Messaging and

    Brand Consistency:

    Develop style guides and messaging frameworks to build content and visual standards to help establish language and tone consistency across all platforms and experiences.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related Marketing fields.
    • 5-7+ year's experience with a proven track record in graphic design, content writing, and user experience for demand generation, ideally for technology or software company
    • Proven ability to tackle complex subject matter and bring them to life visually and in written form.
    • Expert-level grammar and editing abilities.
    • Proficient in graphic design
    • Preferred experience in UX writing or content design experience.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints.
    • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process.
    • Background in copywriting, either at an agency or in-house or experience as a UX writer
    • Experience with UX writing and strategy for cross-channel experiences
    • Experience with wireframes, user flows and working on mocks within design tools (ie Figma)
    • Familiarity with working in an established design system.
    • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and design of past work to share.

    Certificates and Licenses:
    Valid driver's license required.

    Supervisory

    Responsibilities:

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


    Work Environment:

    • Standard indoor working environment.
    • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
    • Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary.
    • Independent travel requirement: less than 25%.

    Compensation:

    • For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78,000 - $102,300
    • For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72, ,830
    • For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $68,000 - $89,540
    • For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $78, ,300
    • For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72, ,830
