    Why Wendy'sSTATEMENT OF PURPOSEUtilizing a knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's food safety, security and employee policies and procedures; the crew member position is responsible for providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & PHYSICAL DEMANDS* Ensure all food orders are prepared, portioned, and served correctly
    • Work with your team to help meet service goals
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked restaurant
    • Operate cash registers according to cash policies and procedures
    • Take orders from customers
    • Provide quality service to all customers
    • Cross train in different stations
    • Standing for at least four hours
