The Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the women's basketball program in compliance with National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) regulations, Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) requirements, and the institutional policies of Kansas City Kansas Community College.This includes developing student-athletes' athletic performance, academic achievement, and personal growth.
