As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion.

Supervising all construction activities and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, and taking corrective action as necessary.

• Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Managing any changes to the scope of work and ensuring that they are properly documented and approved.

3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on hardscape, concrete, multifamily, multi-family, commercial, and slab projects.

Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant IT tools.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
