    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively pursue new business opportunities through marketing practices including direct mail referrals trade shows cold calls etc.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients negotiating price and terms within company policy guidelines prepare estimates manage projects consult clients vendors determine cost effectiveness analyze blueprints specifications proposals formulate estimates resolve issues monitor audits assigned job sites quality control review feedback project managers customers develop submits implements manages reports sales goals business development plan according company policies systems.
