Job Description
Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and expansion strategies. This role plays a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic planning efforts.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to business growth within a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities
Support the development and execution of growth strategies
Coordinate meetings, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
Maintain and update client databases and performance reports
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership
Prepare documentation and reports to support decision-making processes
