    CT Technologist Qualifications / Job Requirements

    ARRT certification required (Computed Tomography / CT Technologist)

    Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting (acute care preferred)

    Experience with CT imaging procedures, patient positioning, and image acquisition

    Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holiday coverage as needed

    Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills in a radiology department

    Current BLS certification preferred

    Travel healthcare experience and flexibility for short-term assignments a plus

    Responsibilities / Radiology Duties

    Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders, CT protocols, and hospital policies

    Operate, calibrate, and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure optimal image quality

    Prepare patients for procedures, explain exams, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging

    Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary hospital setting

    Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

    Follow radiation safety practices and infection control protocols
