    OBGYN opening in Columbus, INFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join birthing center. They hope to find a talented surgeon and physician who is interested in pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence treatment.Details:

    • Outpatient care
    • EPIC EMR in office & hospital
    • 20-25 patients/physician/day
    • Prenatal appointments, GYN ultrasound, OB ultrasound, BPP s, Sonohysterograms, well woman exams, acute problems, consultations etc.
    • Comprehensive benefit package - Paid Time Off, & CME allowance
    • Base Salary: $330,000; Guarantee Period of Two Years
    • $100,000 All-inclusive recruitment incentive with a 5-year commitment
    • 8am to 5pm for 3 days a week (M-F)
    • Physicians are in the office 3 days a week and on call 24 hours a week with a Friday, weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and holiday rotation. Post-call day is out of the office.
    • Call is 24 hours weekly and there is a rotation of Friday, weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and holiday calls. Our physicians collaborate and will work out any vacation call coverage as needed between the group. Physician needs to report to hospital within 30 minutes while on call.
    • Surgery is expected to be performed on the dedicated call day or on the post-call & day. This is generally very feasible for both our low-volume and high-volume surgeons.
    • 2 NPs, 2 Sonographers, & a phlebotomist provide Clinic support
    • 17 bed Birthing Center supported by nurses cross-trained to provide labor/delivery, postpartum, & newborn care
    • 18 Exam Rooms and 2 Procedure rooms

    Each LDRP room is equipped with state-of the-art equipment and is on the same level as a designated C-Section OR suite. The Birthing Center offers two levels of nursery care and includes a physician lounge equipped with a screen for fetal monitoring of each patient.
