Client Service Specialist is an integral role on our team and is responsible for driving exceptional service and elevating the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:
Consistently follow standards of business, professional ethics, and legal/regulatory requirementsGreet clients when they arrive for meetings, make them feel at home, and get to know themAnswer and forward phone callsManage team voicemail and emailManage office supply inventoryCheck mailGather and update client data on all platformsRespond and document client requests and inquiriesSend meeting confirmations and remindersReview client meeting notes for follow-up actionsSend meeting follow up lettersStore documents electronicallyConduct check in calls on follow-up itemsSend client birthday, anniversary, and other greeting cardsCoordinate marketing events and seminarsProject collaborationMaintain client management system (CRM)

Assist colleagues as neededPreferred Qualifications:
High School Degree or higher2+ years of experienceProficient in:Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

CRM / SalesforceAbility to analyze, prioritize, organize, and problem-solveExcellent communications skills, written and verbalA cheerful outlook and a sense of humorBenefits:
