    This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys caring for a diverse adult/geriatric population.

    As part of our Regional Resource team, you'll bring your expertise where it's needed most—providing high-quality, patient-centered care while experiencing the variety and professional growth that comes with floating between facilities


    Position Details:
    MERCY HOSPITAL Northwest Arkansas

    Registered Nurse – Regional Resource/Float Pool (Night Shift)

    Serving Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED, and Bella Vista ED

    Full-Time | Night Shift


    Qualifications:

    Licensure:
    Current Arkansas License.


    Experience:
    Minimum 2 years RN Acute Care experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year.


    Certifications:
    BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. ACLS and NIH certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
